That's why you're president of the clique.
    No rules.

    No game, really.

    Not even fun.

We could discuss future game threads, with emphasis on fun or no-fun. Or we could criticize and evaluate current threads.

A friend of mine warned me never to take up golf or genealogy. I've avoided golf. But I recently scanned a genealogy pamphlet from one of my aunts. Then I spent weeks on the web looking up even older ancestors. This made me think that could be a variation of "six degrees of separation" where two people attempt to trace their lineage back to a common ancestor. That might be too optimistic and too personal, so perhaps a better game would be to trace a chain of friends and acquaintances back to a common town, or something like that.

That paragraph was caused by seeing the poster sohh-fly, since some of my ancestors are named Sofley. Some even older one's spelled it "Safley".

Might I gently point out that you began a sentence with a conjunction. This is acceptable in some grammatical circles, but it could flag you as a bit of a loose cannon on this board. Additionally, the use of such structures may strain the eye in its saccadic flow. Should you choose to respond to this message, I may be forced to overlook your reply, as I am currently involved in daily optical physical-therapy exercises. Regards.
