Thundery last night and into the early morning. That's not at all common around here.

I long for the days when my garden would get a nice gentle rain. The last few years a good rain has the added cost of damaging storminess.
Today, like a lot of you, it's HOT HOT HOT, which will last for at least 3 more days, after which it will cool down to 90F for as far as the forecast goes.

    Your current weather?

Visiting Barcelona for a few days at the end of a longer trip in the Med. Currently thunder, lightning and rain. Which i wish was over my home in Atlanta to cool things off. High Temps there have been hitting mid and upper 90s for a few weeks. A little hotter than normal.

hot muggy and seeing a lot of clouds that can bring in a storm to cool things down.

Hottest day so far here with more to come. We lost power for 18 hours in a storm a few days ago and it's not a good thing in this heat. Our generator is for emergencies and works via a Green Acres plot episode 2+5=7

still warm, today focusing on stuff in the garden. Looks like rain for the next few days.

    Rain.
Of the slightly delugish (yep, I like to invent words, so what ?) variety, with a nice side serving of thunder, wind and hail.

Hot and Humid here and par for the course for Va this time of year. Been extremely lucky on my block, have been getting moderate rains of 1/2 " to 1" while just a few miles away in every direction has been hammered with 3-4" every few days. Hard finding a window to mow the lawn which of course grows like crazy with the rain. The garden likes it as does the weeds.
