cut down every tree on the island, build them into a satellite carrying rocket and then, using coconuts and shellfish (don't ask how,) make a few tons of rocket fuel and launch the whole thing into the sky and cry when it burns upon liftoff.....

    re: shipwrecked on an island.

I've mentioned this elsewhere, but you pick up a bottle of gin and a bottle of vermouth, announce you are going to make a dry martini, then pour equal amounts of gin and vermouth into a glass.

Immediately, at least three hundred people will appear from nowhere to yell, "That's no way to make a dry martini!"

I guess I'm doomed to be stranded forever on a desert island.... I don't like martinis.

That's a rather base question. No need to get caustic.

Alkaline if I said that was neutral.

It rains all over, but the rain that falls somewhere other than the plain tends to run off onto the plain, whereas the rain that falls on the plan tends to stay there.

After three weeks that's a pretty darned weak response. You could have at least mentioned the golden beetles.

And chrissy mentioned Al Kaline a while back. Played for the Tigers, back when they were burning bright.

I refuse to dignify this question with any answer (strictly speaking this is an answer).
