    Introductions Forum??

Posted my first message today in Conspiracy Theories, but never found the "Introductions Forum" mentioned in the greeting. Honestly though, it didn't really sound like that interesting of a forum topic. Of course, if I were still single, and the site continuously drew sexy skepchicks...
I am, however, happily married, and happy to be on board the forum.

Here in Off-Topic Babbling. It is not a requirement, just a way to say hello. And welcome to BAUT Ereece1. You may also wish to look at the FAQ (in the top menu) and the rules given under that.

This is a very good suggestion. Since this is a science forum and open to people of all ages it is moderated more closely.

    Happy Posting!

I'm a female, and a skeptic. Does that make me a skepchic?
(But I am assuredly not sexy.)

Yes, I was thinking of Living on a Prayer. A good running song and very quoteable.

which types of diet is good in long term?

Hi friends, I was wondering which types of diet is good in long term? Is flexible diet is better then the strict diet? My friends think strict diet is better, where you only take soup, vegetables and foods. They think this way you can get a healthy body. But I think flexible diet is better, where you eat everything, but in less quantity, and you intake less calories then what you loose during the day. What do you think which one is better?

Unusual first post. Personally, I try to keep spam, socks, and trolls out of my diet. I think you are offering spam.
