Is there any program in which you would define parameters and orbit of your planet and choose a parent star for and then it will generate a short animated sequence of that planet evolving?

Define "evolving".
I mean, that it's life from it's "birth" to it's "death"
GravitySimulator has a planet birth feature where you can watch planetesimals coalesce into big planets, and then you can watch to your heart's content until it collides with something bigger or is flung out of your solar system.
But it sounds like you want geological and meterological and stellar evolution. You want a program that can do that, you'd better start doing some coding.
accreation simulations are rare on the net. It takes a lot of computing power. Scientists like Sean Raymond have access to government computers. I am working on one myself because i could not get the writer of Stargen to fix his. Just to give you and idea, I wrote something I call "The 101 errors of Stargen" after my disagrements with its writer. what you are talking about is very far from simple. but if you want something to inspire you to study various fields try "random solar system stargen" on your preferred search engine.

typo, sorry: that's "accretion."
and again if you want "101 errors of stargen" I'm at

There was the computer sim game SimEarth. It didn't simulate the formation of the planet, but the evolution of its atmosphere, ecosystems, and life forms. I used to love playing it.
