And the MOND people start talking about threats to dark matter every time they find something their model fits. The problem is the many, many things that dark matter fits well which MOND theories do not.
Yes that is known but light does bend, gravitaional lensing, if it bends its velocity vector changes. It might either retain its speed or pick up an orthoganal vector. That is hard to test.

When we realize that patterns don't exist in the universe, they are a template that we hold to the universe to make sense of it, it all makes a lot more sense.
