    Yes, that's my point.
    When someone uses the word "superfood", unless they are actually offering it as an example of a nonsense term, it's an indication that they're either deluded or attempting to mislead you. Either way, it is safe and appropriate to ignore everything else they have to say about the "superfood".

    By the way, the last time I tried making a drink of hot chocolate mix, I just found myself enjoy my recipe much more: (cacao powder, Medjool dates, Cayenne powder, cinnamon powder)......
    OK, I often drink without the dates or other sweet stuffs, but my cacao powder happens to be brown rather than dark.
    I know that cacao beans are dark, though.

    By the way, what do you think of drinking/eating cacao without sugar?
    Cacao powder isn't quite that bitter, but if you add chia seeds, it will still get a little bitter.
