    Size of twinkle.

I didn't misread it, I just sort of misinterpreted it.

Twinkle... in your eye, is what you meant, right?

I misread "Size of Twinkle" as "Size of Twinkie".

Elsewhere, I misread "NSA" as "ESA", which caused me to do a double take, as the headline didn't make much sense that way.

    HR Diagram

I read it correctly, but assumed that it was a "Human Resources" orgazational chart, probably supposed to be funny. It was on the level.

I thought it stood for Homeroom diagram; a seating chart.

There is a thread in S&T titled "What is the possible top speed of "traditional" space ship ?" and of course, I want to respond "African or European?".

Whenever I see "Solar powered mother ship !" it makes me think a scientist just banged his finger with a hammer while putting together a large some-assembly-required Christmas present and is trying really hard not to swear in front of the kids.

It's the exclamation point that does it, I think.

You forgot to include flashes of lightning and peals of thunder.

"Is It Time To Move?" - a serious thread about physical danger - I keep reading as "Is It Time To Move On?" - changing it to a much less scary but emotionally unpleasant thought.

When I see the "Is It Time to Move?" thread title, I think it is some new slogan our company's HR/wellness people came up with to try to get us to exercise more.

Every time I see "van Maanen´s heliosphere?", I hear John Marmie's song "IRIS" in my head. I guess just because "heliosphere" isn't a very common word!
