I don't see how the 13th being on a Friday can make 2020 any worse.
We're celebrating. We retired on Friday 13th November 2015.

There are 48 Friday the 13ths in every 28 years, and then the cycle repeats. So if you pick a random day, there's one chance in 213 it's a Friday 13th.

Apparently, the Friday the 13th Complete Blu-ray Box Collection was released on Tuesday, October 13th to celebrate the original movie's debut 40 years ago. (Oh boy!) I wonder why they didn't just hold off for a month in order to get the eponymous date for it's release?
