I told the team about the paper so that it should get added to the Resource Library section. :)
When the New Horizons mission was proposed for development it was in competition with another proposal for a probe to Europa.
I was disappointed at the time that NH got the nod over the Europa probe but I suppose wiser heads then me made that decision.
Can someone remind me why NH was selected over Europa?
