Happy Birthday, antoniseb!
Hi Anton, .... could I have permission to encourage BAUT visitors to enter this very cool science competition? This is what I'd like to say, but not sure of the best place to say it: I am not one of the judges, but it would be awesome if an Astronomy video won one of the divisions of the 2012 Science video competition. There is up to $400 in cash prizes to be won in most divisions, with a total prize pool of $10K. Check out the 2011 winners at http://www.60secondscience.net then go and plan your 60second video for the 2012 contest. Go Astro! brendan (Convenor) I am planning to open registrations for the 2012 competition on dec 10 2011 Obrien.Brendan.p@edumail.vic.gov.au
great* sorry
i require your assistance sir. in the thread, ''no ET's exist'' noclevername keeps saying I have not provided evidence to counter his claims. He is refusing to being short of being wrong. All the scientists I have known agree atleast some form of life exists elsewhere in this greaty aquarium, but he keeps blatently denying this. This is AGAINST THE MAINTSTREAM, no?
Thanks, antoniseb!
Happy Birthday - make it a good one!
Happy Birthday Sire! Here's to one more orbit around the Sun. Have a nice ride!
oops - thought I was posting a private message
quick question.... any reason why I can't post a thread? I have been able to in the past... its been couple years. Stonecut
Would it be in bad taste to speculate on something that has been puzzling me about the Columbia disaster? It has to do with the partial survival of the video tape. I speculate that this was intentional. That the astronauts put the tape in something that they hope would survived the accident. Maybe you and I can discuss?
