I've met about half-a-dozen BAUTers, including two out of three of the other admins. We're scattered pretty far, though.
Matthew...Hi.. i would say that almost most of us here at BAUT, haven't met each other....yet... moving homes is stressful, particularly if one has family. a very small town in New England..sounds straight up my alley, lucky you. The autumnal colours are quite exciting. By the way i like your location at the local group! think the birdie may be lost without indicating the Local SuperCluster... take care best regards
I do not know anybody on this forum that I have met in person. I had to move away from Southern California and the absolutely frenetic astronomy activity there. I now live in a very small town in rural New England, where observational astronomy is to say the least disappointing. The air is not steady enough for planetary work. It is too cold, too, so I do most of my astronomy on the keyboard now, writing articles for newsletters and posting on forums....
can't imagine you haven't received any messages...how are you? what's up?
